(Note: For customized itineraries, you are free to provide an alias or nickname instead of your legal real name).
SECTION 2 - OUR TRAVEL CONSULTING SERVICES
We have made every effort to provide accurate details and descriptions of our travel consulting services and itineraries.
All descriptions of services are subject to change at any time without notice at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any service at any time or limit the sales of our services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction on a case-by-case basis.
SECTION 3 - ORDERS & CANCELLATIONS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase our services. SeeSee China reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at its discretion. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted.
Because our services involve instant digital delivery or custom-designed travel solutions, please review your questionnaire responses and order details carefully before submitting. Purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.
SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING
Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation email.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and payment information. All payments are processed securely by third-party payment gateways via Shopify. You represent and warrant that (i) the payment information you provide is true, correct, and complete, and (ii) you are authorized to use the payment method.
SECTION 5 - DIGITAL DELIVERY
All products and services provided by SeeSee China are digital goods or consultation reports delivered electronically (e.g., via email or downloadable links).
Delivery is deemed complete once the digital file, link, or itinerary has been sent to the email address provided during checkout or in the questionnaire. Please double-check your email address before completing your purchase — your digital product will be delivered to that address immediately after payment. If you don't see it within 5 minutes, check your spam folder. If you still can't find it, contact us with your order number and we'll do our best to help.
SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Our Services, including but not limited to all custom itinerary layouts, travel guides, graphics, text, logos, designs, and downloadable materials, are owned by SeeSee China and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
These Terms permit you to use our customized itineraries and guides for your personal, non-commercial travel use only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, resell, publicly display, or commercially exploit any material provided through our Services without our prior written consent.
SECTION 7 - OPTIONAL TOOLS & THIRD-PARTY LINKS
We may provide you with access to third-party tools or hyperlinks to external websites (e.g., translation tools, transport booking platforms, or Chinese attraction sites). We do not control or monitor these third-party platforms and provide access "as is" without warranties. You access third-party links entirely at your own risk.
SECTION 8 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
SeeSee China is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with SeeSee China. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and SeeSee China.

Preview images, mockups, screenshots, and visual designs displayed on our website are for illustrative and promotional purposes only; actual digital guide layouts and interfaces may vary slightly due to continuous optimization and content updates. Local conditions in China (including ticket prices, opening hours, transport schedules, payment methods, visa regulations, and local weather) are subject to sudden changes.

SeeSee China is not liable for missed flights, train cancellations, injury, lost luggage, denied entry, or unexpected closures of local attractions.
3. Limitation of Liability: TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SeeSee China AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR TRAVEL PLANNING SERVICES OR RELIANCE ON OUR RECOMMENDATIONS.
